But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil (Hebrews 5:14 NIV). Solid food is for the mature. Here the writer refers to the teaching and practice of righteousness as solid food. He goes further to tell us who the mature are, and he says they are the Christians "who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil."
